Submit malicious, harmful, or illegal content
User Content
Users remain responsible for content they submit through the Applications.
Quote submissions and other voluntarily submitted content may be stored and displayed by the Applications as part of their intended functionality.
Availability
The Applications are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Error-free operation
Availability of any specific feature
Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.
Data and Privacy
Use of the Applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remort Studios, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Applications.
Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Applications at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
