These Applications are operated for members of our communities and are not offered as a commercial service.

Discord Channel IDs when required for bot functionality

Some Applications maintain an affection score system that stores:

Numerical score associated with the user
Quote System Data
Users may voluntarily submit quotes through designated bot commands. These submissions may include:
Discord Username
Discord User ID
Date and time of submission
Quote content provided by the user
Message Processing
Applications may read message content within servers where they are installed in order to:
Process commands
Support moderation features
Support event scheduling features
Provide community management functionality
Support custom commands
Message content is not routinely stored except where explicitly submitted through the quote system.

Maintain affection score systems

Data Storage
Data is stored on systems operated by Remort Studios, LLC.
Quote information may also be stored using Google Sheets for organizational purposes.
We do not retain application logs beyond what is necessary for immediate operation.
Third-Party Services
Our Applications may utilize Google Sheets for data storage and management.
No user messages are transmitted to third-party AI providers or advertising services.
Data Retention
Affection scores and quote submissions are retained until:
The data is deleted by an administrator,
A user requests deletion where applicable, or
The Applications are discontinued.
Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their stored information by contacting:
Server administrators may also request deletion of data associated with their server.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill valid deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
The Applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13 and may only be used in accordance with Discord’s Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
